  • 4-6 potatoes, quartered
  • 2-1/2 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 2 onions, quartered (I omitted)
  • 1 whole bulb garlic, minced (I used about 5 cloves)
  • 3 tsp. dried oregano (I only used 2 tsp.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil


  • Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker, add chicken, onions and garlic. Sprinkle with seasonings, and top with olive oil. Cook on High 5-6 hours or on low 9-10 hours. I used my old crockpot and cooked it for 9 hours. I also added my chicken frozen.
