Greek Layered Dip
1 container Alouette garlic and herb cheese spread (8 oz.)
1 container (8 oz.) hummus
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 medium Italiam plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives
1 container (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese (I used garlic-herb feta)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
In 10-inch plate or pie pan, spread cream cheese spread. Drop small spoonfuls of hummus evenly over cream cheese; spread evenly. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed.
Serve dip with pita chips.
Pairs Well With
I made this dip for Christmas Eve. I tried a lot of new recipes this holiday and this was one of the most well-received. It's adapted from a Pillsbury recipe booklet.
