GREEN BEAN SALAD

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 cups frozen French cut green beans, about 20 ounces
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • salad greens
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  • Cook green beans; drain and let cool. Combine green beans with oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Serve green bean salad on salad greens and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
