Green Beans Almondine
¼ cup almonds, slivered
2 Tbsp butter
1 box frozen French green beans
½ can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
2 Melt butter in small skill. Add almonds and toast, set aside.
3 Cook green beans per instructions, drain well, and put in 9” x 9” baking dish.
4 Add soup and blend; bake for 15 minutes.
5 Put toasted almonds and grated cheese on top; bake until cheese melts and top is slightly toasted.
