Green Beans and Carrots
1 pound fresh green beans diced
2 carrots diced
water to cover green beans and carrots about 2 inches over
1 large onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
3 roma tomatoes diced
dash of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cook green beans for 15 minutes after water boils.
Sauté onions and garlic.
Add bell pepper and tomatoes and sauté.
Drain green beans and to ingredients.
Cook, mix and stir for 2 minutes.
