Green Chili Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 cup oil
16 oz. sour cream
3 cans diced green chilis
1 pkg. monterey jack cheese
Mix oil and taco seasoning. Brown chicken in a skillet, do not cook through.
Stir sour cream until smooth. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour sour cream and green chilis over the top. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 removing foil the last 5 minutes.
