Green Chili Rice Casserole
4 cups cooked rice
2 cans (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 pound Monterey jack cheese, cut in 1/2" cubes
2 cups(16oz) sour cream.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
