GREEN GODDESS SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. green onion tops, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 drop green food coloring

Directions

  • Chop garlic clove, green onion tops and anchovy past together until very fine. Add to sour cream and mix. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, lemon juice and food coloring. Chill for 3 hours to allow flavors to blend
