Delicious Canna Macaroons to die for !!!!!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/3 cup of flaked coconut
2 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
egg whites, 2 eggs
2 tbsp cannabuter
baking chocolate or chips
chopped nuts (optional)
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Use hands to mix well and break lumps of coconut and flour. Seperate eggs in a bowl. Then add vanilla to egg whites, whip eggs with mixer. Now add whisked eggs and vanilla mix to dry coconut and flour mix comin well with wooden spoon.
Place one tsp scoops of mixture on sheets.
Bake 15-18 mins
Next get the marjiuana chocolate. Dble boiler with a pan filled with water and a glass bowl paced above it. Bring water to a boil, and then add the canna butter to the bowl to melt it. Once the butter has melted, start adding the chocolate to the canna butter. As it melts, incorporate it gently with the butter using a spatula to get a glossy mixture.
Check on macroons they should be done by now. take them out of the oven and let cool for a few mintues. Meanwhile the chocolate sauce should be ready. Keep the flames on simmer so the suace remains liquid. Dip macroons in chocolate if want stronger dbl dipped them.
