- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (or fruit flavored mashmallows)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Pour pineapple with juice into large mixing bowl. add pudding and mix well. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and coconut. Place in serving bowl and refrigerate until firm.
