PrintINGREDIENTS
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (or fruit flavored mashmallows)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
Pour pineapple with juice into large mixing bowl. add pudding and mix well. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and coconut. Place in serving bowl and refrigerate until firm.

This is the one my mother in law always makes. I love this. She doesn't put marshmallows in but I'll get her to try it. This is simple but tastes great.
