- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (or fruit flavored mashmallows)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Pour pineapple with juice into large mixing bowl. add pudding and mix well. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and coconut. Place in serving bowl and refrigerate until firm.
