Green beans and tofu

Serves 1 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 30-60 minutes

Ingredients

1 pack of frozen green beans
1 firm tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp asfoetida (mustard seed powder/hing)
3/4 tsp cumin
3/4 brown mustard seeds
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1.5 tbsp grated ginger
3/4 tsp turmeric


1.Saute the spics in olive oil, add ginger and lemon juice


2. saute the tofu in the mix


3.Add green beans and let cook for 30 to 60 minutes (high to low heat) or until golden brown
