This is a mediterranean dish, very fresh and healthy. Perfect for sunny days.
Ingredients You'll Need
Green beans(as many as you want)
15-20 Little pealed frozen shrimps
5-6 surimi sticks
2 tuna cans
50-100g fresh cheese
2 tbsp. sultanas
2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar or olive oil(optional)
Clean, cut and boil the green beans (for about 15 min.). Meanwhile, cook the shrimps in the oven (about 10 min.)Put the boiled beans in a big bowl, mix them with the beans and let it get cold.While you wait for this you can cut the surimi sticks and the fresh cheese. Once it's cold you only have to add the rest of the ingredients.
You can also use other ingredients like boiled eggs, buffala mozzarella, nuts...
