Green beans with leeks and ham

Ingredients

1 bunch cleaned fresh green beans.
1 small package or 1 cup cubed ham
2 small leeks or 1 large leek, sliced.
1 T olive oil
1/4 cup your choice flavored vinegar. I used plum cognac vinegar


In a large heated skillet, add your ham and leeks, brown until soften. Add you cooked green beans, cook for about 5 minutes. add your vinegar. Serve Hot.

Notes

In Germany we get this pre-package bacon ham stuff. That is what I use, however for this recipe sake I suggest small cubed ham.
