I was in the mood for pizza, and I came up with this recipe! it turned out very good! It was a smash around all of my friends and family, so I thought I would share it with yall! Enjoy


  • 2 griled breast of chicken-sliced in small pieces
  • 1/2 15 oz. ricotta cheese{low fat}
  • 2 cloves of garlic grated
  • 1/4 can hatches green chili enchilada sauce with roasted garlic
  • 1 pkg shredded mozerella cheese
  • 1 pkg shredded parmisan cheese
  • Thinly sliced red onions
  • jalepeno chopped fine{optional}
  • Thin sliced mushrooms
  • Mama Mayes thin and crispy pizza shells
  • Put ricotta cheese and grated garlic and green-chili sauce in bowl and stir, set aside!
  • Slice all vegies and chicken! Spread the ricotta mixture on shell, then top with half of mozzerella and parmasan cheese, then place chicken on top, red onions, mushrooms and jalapenos on top! Then top with remaining cheeses! Preheat oven to 450, then down to 425 for 10 min, then I turn the broil on for 5 min. Served with my home-made hot sauce, but it is great without it!
