Grilled Cherry-Apple Chicken Salad

Ingredients

11 oz. grilled chicken breast, cubed (approx. 2 large breasts, hehe)
1/2 C. onion, diced
1 small granny smith apple, diced (approx. 1/2 C.)
1/4 C. dried cherries
tsp. celery seed
4 Tbs. Olive Oil Mayonaisse


Mix together all dry ingredients


Fold in mayonaisse

This is a great low-fat chicken salad recipe to make when you've got a few extra grilled chicken breasts left over. I just snaked a few from my mother in law. 4 pts. for a generous serving!
