GRILLED CITRUS CHOPS
- Pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 pt. pineapple juice2 lemons, sliced
- 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Mix above ingredients. Marinate chops in sauce for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Baste chops with sauce while grilling for 30-40 minutes.
