GRILLED CORN VARIATIONS

Ingredients

  • VARIATION ONE:
  • Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Fresh limes
  • Chili powder
  • VARIATION TWO:
  • Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
  • Mayonaise (not salad dressing)
  • Fresh grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • VARIATION ONE:
  • Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
  • Rub each cob with butter, lay on tin foil
  • sprinkle with salt to taste
  • squeeze a wedge of lime over each cob
  • sprinkle all sides with chili powder
  • wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
  • VARIATION TWO:
  • Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
  • Rub each cob with a thin layer of mayo, lay on tin foil
  • sprinkle all sides with grated parmesan cheese
  • wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
  • Depending on how much parmesan is used, you may or may not need to sprinkle with salt

Notes

I received these recipes from 2 very good friends. They put a nice twist on summer grilled corn on the cob.
