Grilled Flank Steak
For every 2 to 2 1/2 lbs or flank steak combine:
1 t. ground ginger
1 T. sugar
1/2 C soy sauce
2 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Grill the steak over a medium grill, until the meat thermometer probe indicates a temp of 135/140. (Obviously the amount of time changes with the thickness of the meat.
Turn several times and start checking the temperature after 10 minutes.)
