GRILLED ITALIAN CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1-1/4 cups Italian-style dressing, regular or fat free
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini

Directions

  • Place washed chicken pieces in large baggies. Add 1 cup dressing and close. Refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to grill, drain and discard marinade from chicken. Cut up peppers into big chunks, and zucchini into big slices. Put into another resealable bag. Coat with leftover dressing; let marinate for 15 minutes. Grill chicken and veggies over medium heat. Makes 4 servings
