Grilled Salmon with Dill Pickle Butter
4 T softened butter
1/4 cup minced dill pickle
1 t minced tarragon
1/2 t Dijon mustard
4 - 6 oz skin-on salmon fillets
Combine butter, minced pickle, tarragon, mustard, salt and pepper. Oil, season and grill the salmon fillets. Serve topped with a dollop of pickle butter.
