GRILLED SALMON WITH DILL PICKLE BUTTER

Ingredients

  • 4 T softened butter
  • 1/4 cup minced dill pickle
  • 1 t minced tarragon
  • 1/2 t Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 4 - 6 oz skin-on salmon fillets

Directions

  • Combine butter, minced pickle, tarragon, mustard, salt and pepper. Oil, season and grill the salmon fillets. Serve topped with a dollop of pickle butter.
