Grilled Salmon with Sherry Vinegar-Honey Glaze

- 1 cup sherry vinegar
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 T ancho chile powder
- salt
- pepper
- 4 - 6 oz salmon fillets
DIRECTIONS
Reduce sherry vinegar to 1/4 cup; combine with mustard, honey, chile powder, salt and pepper; divide into two dishes. Brush salmon fillets with half of mixture; grill until just cooked through. Serve drizzled with second half of sauce.
