GRILLED SALMON WITH SHERRY VINEGAR-HONEY GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sherry vinegar
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 T ancho chile powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 - 6 oz salmon fillets

Directions

  • Reduce sherry vinegar to 1/4 cup; combine with mustard, honey, chile powder, salt and pepper; divide into two dishes. Brush salmon fillets with half of mixture; grill until just cooked through. Serve drizzled with second half of sauce.
