Grilled Steak Salad

2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Green Onion
1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1 1/2 lb Flank Steak
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 up Soy Sauce
2 Lemons, Juiced
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

*Score both sides of steak in diamond

*Whisk oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in small bowl; pour in plastic bag with steak for at least 4 hours

*Grill 2-3 minutes each side until grill marks and then move to cooler part of grill for about another 10-12 minutes; let rest 10 minutes before cutting

*Add all salad ingredients up to olive oil in blender until smooth; slowly add oil

*Toss lettuce with dressing

*Add steak and sprinkle with tomatoes; drizzle dressing over the top
