Grilled Sub Sandwich

Ingredients

1/2 lb. sliced salami
1/2 lb. sliced ham
1/2 lb. sliced provolone
1 medium red onion, sliced
4 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 tbsp. butter, softened
8 slices rye bread


Spread mustard on bread. Layer 4 slices with salami, ham, provolone and onion. Top with remaining bread slices. Spread butter on the top and bottom of each sandwich.



Place sandwiches in a heated skillet. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until bread is toasted and cheese has melted. Serves 4.
