Grilled Teriyaki Steak
2 lb. flank steak
1 can undiluted beef broth
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 crushed garlic clove
3 Tbsp. lime juice (1 - 2 limes)
1 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar.
Mix marinade ingredients and pour into a large plastic bag.
Lightly score the meat and put into the marinade.
Lay flat in a pan; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Before grilling over direct heat, bring to room temperature.
Grill to your likeness and thinly slice diagonally across the grain.
