Grilled Tuna Sandwich
8 slices bread,
1 can tuna
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup cerely, chopped
Salt as per taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 Cheese slices
Drain the tuna and flake with fork.
In a bowl mix tuna, salt, pepper and celery.
Apply butter on all slices, so they will not stick to sandwich iron.
With buttered side down put in iron, Place onion slices on, then 1/4 tuna mixture
Place the cheese slice over it.
Finally cover with an other slice, buttered side up
Grill the sandwich over open flame till golden brown
Serve with tomato slices & pickles.
