Ingredients

Wheat flour tortilla
Light sour cream
Black bean hummus
Grilled Zucchini mushroom red onion and squash
2 oz mesquite grilled chicken breast
Toast tortilla with Pam
Serve hot


Cook and chopped mesquite chicken breast remove from pan


Add pam spray then veggies with seasoning


Heat tortilla


Spread tortilla with black bean hummus and sour cream


Reduced fat cheese or salsa are other options*
