Ingredients

Heat up the grill
Spray a 13x9 foil pan with non-stick spray, season all the vegetables with salt, pepper and garlic place in foil pan and put in center of grill stirring about every 15 minutes until tender. Serve hot

***tips***

Add jalapeño's for that extra heat.

1 large yellow squash (sliced)

1 large zucchini (sliced)

1 poblano pepper (deseeded, cut in large chunks)

1 large onion (sliced)

Garlic to taste

Salt & pepper to taste
