- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Mix all ingredients. Makes a lot! Use some for your meat and save some for brushing on while cooking.Marinate chicken and veggies in it for 3-6 hours.
