Ground Turkey Meatballs
2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup onion
1 T garlic/peper/salt (or sub your favaorite)
1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumps(you could use plain if you prefer)
Mix all ingredients togetter,
Shape into balls makes 48
Bake on a foil line cookie sheet at 350 for 45 min.
Remove from cookie sheet and package acrroding to desire amount.
These are a dry meat ball and best use in making spagetti.
Or if I serve them alone I'd reheat them in some BBQ Sauce.
