2 ripe avocados
1-2 lemon juiced (will use limes if no lemons available)
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 medium onion chopped
1 handful of chopped fresh cilantro
Salt to taste
Halve and pit avocados. Scoop out flesh. Mash. Add remaining ingredients and fold gently together.
Store in airtight container to prevent from turning brown.
