- 1 lemon
- hot sauce to taste
- In a small bowl mash the avecado with a fork, I like leaving chunks, but make it as smooth as you like. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice over avecado. Add as little or as much hot sauce as you prefer, and mix all together.
