HOT ARTICHOKE DIP
1 (4 oz.) can diced green
2 (16 oz.) cans artichoke
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Drain diced green chilies. Drain artichoke hearts.
each artichoke into thirds. Mix together chilies and artichoke hearts.
Add mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well.
Turn into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
