HAM BALLS

Ingredients

  • Ham Balls
  • 1/2 lb. smoked ham
  • 1 lb. fresh pork
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Syrup
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1½ tspn dry mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions

  • Ham Balls
  • Grind meats together, add remaining ingredients.
  • Shape into 2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking dish.
  • Cover with syrup
  • Bake 1 ½ hours at 350
  • Syrup
  • Mix together until well blended

Notes

My Mom has been making these my entire life. She doesn't make them near often enough, so when she does, you'd better grab a bunch real quick!!
