Ham-Broccoli Rollups

Ingredients

1pkg frozen broccoli spears, 4slices lean cooked ham, 2slices Swiss cheese, 2Tsp Italian dressing, veg cooking spray, 2Tsp shredded cheddar cheese;


Cook broccoli according to pkg directions, omitting salt; drain. Divide ham into 2 portions. Top ham slices with cheese slices. Arrange half of broccoli on each cheese slice; spoon dressing over broccoli. Roll ham & cheese around broccoli; secure w/wooden picks. Place rollups in a baking dish that has been coated w/cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 for 15min. Uncover; sprinkle 1Tsp shredded cheese over each serving, & bake an addt'l 2-3min or until cheese is melted. Remove wooden picks before serving. Enjoy!
