Ham Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb. smoked uncooked ham
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 lb. veal
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce


Grind the ham, pork and veal together. Pour milk over the bread crumbs, add eggs and sauce, then the meats. Shape into a loaf. Place into a baking pan so that there is a 2 inch clearance on all sides.



Simmer on the stove until the loaf is brown on the bottom, then brown the top under a broiler. Add about 1 pint hot water, cover and cook over a low flame for one hour. Thicken gravy and serve.
