Ham Stuffed Mushrooms
1/2 package of cream cheese( used cream cheese with chives, I used about 2 Tbs)
1/4 cup of Marie's refrigerated sour cream and dill dressing (used plain sour cream) (used 1 Tbs)
3 Tbs finely chopped celery(used 1 Tbs)
16 fresh mushrooms(used white)Remove the stem and slightly hollow out
2 Tbs green onion, sliced(used 1)
2 Tbs sweet relish(used 1)
1/4 cup finely chopped ham(used 2 Tbs)
Stir the cream cheese till smooth. Add all remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Stuff the mushrooms and serve Hot or Cold.
If serving hot bake at 350 for about 5-10 minutes.
