- 8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 ozs fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup egg whites, slightly beaten
- 2 ozs reduced fat Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Prepare a 8" square dish with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ham, yogurt, crackers, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Stir in beaten egg whites.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish.
- Sprinkle top with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
