Hamburger Cutlet

INGREDIENTS

  • Ground Beef
  • minced onions
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs

DIRECTIONS

Crumble Ground Beef with minced onions, carrots & garlic.


1 beaten egg


about 3 tablespoons of Yoshida Sauce (teriyaki sauce)


About 1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs


Mix all together


Make small ball shapes and flatten by hand to create a patty


Make sure you press down and make the patty thin (it won't cook well when it's thick)


Coat patty in flour


Dip in egg mixture(about 3 beaten eggs & add 1 tablespoon minced garlic)


Coat patty in Panko Bread Crumbs


Let sit on a plate for at least 20 minutes before deep frying (this helps so the bread crumbs don't fall off)


You can also refrigerate the uncooked patty's up to 2 days.


Or Freeze them


Cook patty's in hot oil and fry
