HAMBURGER CUTLET

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • minced onions
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs

Directions

  • Crumble Ground Beef with minced onions, carrots & garlic.
  • 1 beaten egg
  • about 3 tablespoons of Yoshida Sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  • About 1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Mix all together
  • Make small ball shapes and flatten by hand to create a patty
  • Make sure you press down and make the patty thin (it won't cook well when it's thick)
  • Coat patty in flour
  • Dip in egg mixture(about 3 beaten eggs & add 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
  • Coat patty in Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Let sit on a plate for at least 20 minutes before deep frying (this helps so the bread crumbs don't fall off)
  • You can also refrigerate the uncooked patty's up to 2 days.
  • Or Freeze them
  • Cook patty's in hot oil and fry
