1 cup (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt

In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink; drain.

This is very yummy!!! We don't care for the lima beans in the mixed veggies, so I always just use frozen peas and carrots!

This sounds very good, kind of reminds me of shepherds pie, only you don't have to make mashed potatoes!
