INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 Tbs parsley flakes
- 2 regular pie crusts
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. In medium skillet, brown ground beef, onion, garlic and add salt and pepper. Drain grease. Add cheese, Miracle Whip, and parsley. Mix well and pour into bottom pie crust. Cover with second pie crust and seal the edges with a fork. Cut spiffy decorative slits in the top of the crust.
Place pie in pre-heated oven and bake 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool and serve.
