Hamburger Roll-up (Poor Man's Fillet)
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup powdered milk
10 slices of bacon
Mix all ingredients except for bacon in a very large bowl.
Refrigerate for a while if you have the time
Lay bacon slices down side by side and vertically
Shape beef mixture into a log, horizontally on top of the bacon.
Bring bacon up over the sides and pin with toothpicks.
Cut into slices, or patties, between each slice of bacon.
Broil on either side 10 minutes OR bake on a broiler pan for about 30-40 minutes at 350-375 degrees.
