1/2 lb. lean ground sirloin
1 can fat free cream of mushroom
1 Tbsp light sour cream
1 cup uncooked wheat egg noodles
Cook pasta as directed on package.
While pasta is cooking, brown beef.
Once browned and drained, stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup, light sour cream and mushrooms if you would like.
Turn onto low and simmer until pasta is cooked.
Pour pasta onto a plate, and top with the meat mixture.
