INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    •

DIRECTIONS

Mix everything lightly together in large bowl


Shape mixture into one or two ovals about 1 1/2 inches thick. Broil about 10 – 12 minutes or until browned on one side. Turn and broil second side.
