- cake mix
- frosting
- reg sugar crystals
- heart-shaped cookie cutter
DIRECTIONS
Prepare cupcakes as directed on box.
After you're frosted your cupcake, gently place the cookie cutter on top and fill the inside area with the red sugar crystals.
After it's filled, slowly lift the cookie cutter straight up.
