Hard Apple Cider
1 gallon apple juice
1 Teaspoon champagne yeast
2 1/2 Cup sugar
Remove enough juice to allow the addition of the yeast and sugar. Cap and shake well. Remove cap and stretch a balloon with a few pin holes in it over the mouth of the bottle. Pour out cider leaving sediment in bottom of bottle. Pour into cleaned soda bottles half way full. Store or refrigerate.
Pairs Well With
This packs a punch after fermenting for a month. You may want to make several bottles.
