HARD SAUCE FOR GINGERBREAD CHRISTMAS PUDDING
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Combine all ingredients in small bowl; stir to blend well. (Can be made 4 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
