Harriette Lampert's Ceasar Salad
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 drops tobasco sauce
2 heads Romaine lettuce
2/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Whisk first 8 ingredents. Combine with croutons and lettuce and sprinkle with cheese and fresh ground pepper. Toss well.
