3 lb chuck roast
1 can beef consomme
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
Cover and cook at 250° for 4-5 hours. Or you can put everything into a crockpot and let it go! Once the meat is tender, shred with a fork, keeping the meat in the juice. Serve on rolls or buns. Top with shredded mozzarella if you'd like.
