Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

1 2 pound package frozen hash browns, thawed
12 ounces sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup corn flakes


Place potatoes in a greased 9x13" dish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together sour cream and soup. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
