HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Hash Browns, thawed
  • 1 c. sliced Green Onions
  • 1 c. shredded Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbls. Stick Margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 – 16 oz fat-free Sour Cream
  • 1 – 10 3/4 oz reduced fat Crm. Mushroom Soup
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika

Directions

  • Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350.
